We strongly recommend you do not use Wise Pre-Pay Energy if you or any other member of your household is (or becomes) a Medically Dependent Consumer (i.e. dependent on electricity for critical medical support).
If you or any member of your household is or becomes a Medically Dependent Consumer, you must notify us immediately on 0800 00 9473 or email enquiries@wiseprepay.co.nz so we can discuss alternative service plans.
